Where's My Order

If you have placed an order it will be delivered within the time frame shown on our delivery & shipping page in accordance with what delivery service you picked.  

After you have placed your order you can see its progress on the order history page.  If your status stays in Pending or Uncleared then there is a problem with your payment and you can call us on 0116 230 4294 or send is a question below to find out more info.  Alternatively if you open up the order there is a button at the top to try and pay for the order again.

All being well with your payment, your order should have the status Processing, this means its in our warehouse queue ready to be picked.  Your order will then move to Picking and finally Dispatched after the order has left our premesis.  After your order has started Picking unfortunately we cannot make any changes or cancel the order.  After your order has been dispatched, if it is being sent via a tracked courier, tracking details will be available to see on line.

If you order status says Pre-Order then we are waiting for items to come into stock to complete your order.  This information will have been presented to you at the time of ordering, if you do not beleive this to be the case then please contact us and we can resolve any problems.
