Each pack contains 6 clear latex balloons with a gold 'Happy Birthday' print, multi-coloured confetti and an acetate sheet. You simply fold the acetate sheet into a funnel, and pour the confetti into the balloons. The balloons can be filled with air or helium and require helium to float.
