How quickly will you deliver my order ?

If you place your order before 12  noon and have requested a next day delivery, then your order will be delivered on the next working day.  Please note some items are special order and if you have any on your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you have selected the standard delivery option, your order will be delivered within 5 working days. 

Deliveries to International Destinations as well as Northern Ireland and any UK islands may take longer to deliver.


When will you despatch my order ?

The majority of orders are despatched within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payment.


Who will deliver my order ?

We use several different delivery services dependant on the goods ordered and your location. Your order may be delivered by anyone of the following delivery companies

  • Royal Mail
  • Parcelforce
  • TNT
  • MF Logistics
  • Translink Express


Will my order require a signature ?

If the order is sent using a parcel courier (for larger orders), then we will require a signature upon delivery. If there is no one available to accept the delivery a calling card will be left, allowing you to re-arrange the delivery for a more appropriate time.


What time will my delivery be made ?

The majority of deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). 

We also offer a Saturday & Sunday service for an additional price as well as Express morning services for additional costs.  These are all details on the delivery page.


Will you provide tracking information ?

If tracking information is made available by our courier, we will make it available from the account page of our website. To access this you will need to login using your email address and password setup during the checkout process.
