Partybits2go is an internet mail order company supplying themed children's partyware / tableware. We want our customers to be totally satisfied with the products and service we provide. The terms and conditions detailed below will help you understand the level of service you can expect from Partybits2go.
Placing an order with Partybits2go means you have read the following terms and conditions and that you agree with them.
Returns and refunds
Here at Partybits2go we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase please return them in the original packaging enclosing a note giving your details, customer order number, and your request of replacement goods or a refund.
Refunds and exchanges will be accepted providing item(s) are returned unused (with any seals and packaging intact) and in a re-saleable condition. Please return any unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Upon receipt of your returned good(s) we will process your request within 7 working days.
Toy/balloon safety
All the toys selected in the Partybits2go on-line catalogue comply with the European Toy Safety Regulations and bear the CE mark and age guides where appropriate. Please retain any packaging for future reference. Adults should inflate balloons and supervise their use with children under 8 years.warning - all toys & party bag fillers not suitable for children aged under 3 unless otherwise stated
Delivery
Partybits2go shall not be liable in any way for loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of delivery of goods being prevented or delayed for reasons beyond the control of Partybits2go or any acts of third parties.
Descriptions and Substitutions
Whilst we make every effort to show and describe our products as accurately as possible, in rare cases the final product may differ slightly. We occasionally substitute products of a similar description, where for example the original item becomes unavailable. In the event that you are not happy with the substitute we send, you may return this to us immediately for a full refund.
Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. All items that are returned must be in the original packaging and untampered. Once we have received the goods back, we will refund any sum that has been paid by you.
